Created for girls between the ages of 12 to 18, this program takes them through:

1. Social Skills
2. CORE Values
3. Self Esteem
4. Personal Purpose

The sessions are 2 hours each and are interactive with games and polls.

Each session comes with a pre-workbook that allows for individual research on the teenagers environment.
