GPS #Recalculating

Q1 Check-In

Here we are — the end of Quarter 1, 2025. Can you believe it?

Let us take a pause: How are you doing with your goals?

This is not about performance pressure; it is an invitation to get honest with yourself. Imagine your life as a journey, your goals as destinations, and you — the navigator, the driver.

Now picture a GPS. It does not yell at you when you miss a turn. It gently says: “Recalculating.”

But what do we do when we miss a step in our journey?

  • Some of us panic.
  • Others quit altogether.
  • And then there’s the bold few who, in the panic of a missed turn, dangerously reverse on a highway trying to “fix” the mistake.

Can you relate?

This quarter-end check-in is your safe space to recalculate.

Are there signs you ignored?

Pit stops you rushed past?

A lane you should not have stayed in longer?

Here is a journaling question for you:
Where do you need to back up — with wisdom — now that Q1 is done, so you can return to the path of your goal?

Backing up does not mean failure. It means you are paying attention.

Some corrections may require courage.

  • Maybe it is admitting a routine is not working.
  • Maybe it is asking for help.
  • Maybe it is adjusting the goal itself.

…And that is okay. The best navigators make room for clarity and correction.

This is your permission slip to pause, reflect, and realign.

You are still on the journey. And guess what? Your GPS (that inner guidance, wisdom, or higher source you trust) is still active and it is still rooting for you.

Let us not barrel through the rest of the year without checking in.

Let us drive intentionally.

I am cheering you on.
