Growing up, we played games that shaped us.

🎭We huddled in circles for ‘Kati’ (dodgeball).

🎭Srategized in ‘Blada’ (jump rope).

🎭Worked together in ‘Cha Mama na Cha Baba’ (pretend family).

These games were not just fun—they were foundations of #leadership, #creativity, and #resilience.

We learned how to #collaborate as we passed the ball between friends. We discovered #negotiation as we debated who would play what role. And when we lost, we built the #courage to try again. Through play, we were #bold.

We took action.

Then, life happened.

Somewhere along the way, the world told us that adulthood meant leaving play behind—that success required seriousness over spontaneity. That ambition meant sacrificing joy.

But here is the truth: women who accelerate action do not lose their inner child, – they embrace her.

This International Women’s Day, I invite you to accelerate action by reigniting the childlike energy that once made you unstoppable. The same curiosity that made you ask a thousand questions as a child is the same curiosity that will push you to innovate, grow, and lead. The same courage that made you climb trees despite the risk of falling is the same courage that will help you take risks and build the future you dream of.
