All things happen for good

A story is told of a King and his male servant on a hunting expedition.  The King lost his finger and was so angry that he blamed his servant, and had him jailed.

While on another hunting expedition, the King and his new male servant were captured by savages and were to be offered as a sacrifice to the gods.  While the male servant was sacrificed, the King was released on account of his missing finger as he was considered incomplete.

He went home, released the jailed male servant and asked for forgiveness:

  1.  The King lived because of a lost finger
  2. The Servant lived because of being jailed.

All things work for good

✨What is your story?

Mine is escaping death to find my purpose.

◾I worked at a prestigious hotel and was asked to resign as things were not working (never mind that I had glowing appraisals showing the contrary). But hey, a strategic decision had been made.  This is how it works.  I saw it as a rejection and I mourned.  I withdrew socially.

◾Unfortunately 2 months later, the hotel was a victim of a terrorist attack.

◾This was a wake-up call for me, and I reacted with introspection. I realized that I needed to build #ME.  And so the road to discovering my #Purpose began.

  1. I am alive because I was asked to resign
  2. I found my purpose and I am transforming lives
  3. My work is not done, I have a mission to accomplish

In pursuit of my Purpose

✔I faced the storms and I caved.

✔I got up and I caved.

✔I got up again, and #COVID-19 happened, and I caved. I got up again, and kept going….

✔I am still going.

The #Mission is not over.

Some days are better than others.

All things work together for good.
